April 2023 Update:
The PWC Time To Trestle team met with the City DPW staff. We were happy to meet our Trestle Rehabilitation Project Manager, Erica Jacobs. Erica has done similar work on the Seattle waterfront. PWC has offered our grant writer extraordinaire, Katherine Gregor, to assist the City in writing grant requests for the Trestle. PWC has also offered to hold community visioning meetings at our beautiful historic clubhouse.
We did also confirm with Assemblymember Damon Connolly that he did request an appropriation for the Trestle of $10M, hoping to get $5M – we’ll know in September if it is funded for 2024. Thank you Assembly member Connolly!
